Upload documents image to form

  1. Go to the form of the specific patient in the application.
  2. Within the form, locate the "Upload Document" button and click on it. This button is typically used to attach supporting images or documents.
  3. A prompt will appear, giving you options to browse your device's library or use the camera to capture new images.
  4. If you choose to browse the library, you can select multiple image files from your device. If you opt to use the camera, you can take new pictures directly from within the application.
  5. After selecting or capturing the desired images, they will be added to the "Upload Document" field of the form. 
  6. You can repeat the process to upload multiple files, if necessary.
  7. Once you have finished uploading the images, you can either save or submit the form to complete the process.
