Query Status
The query feature in the Talosix DataFlow App facilitates seamless communication between administrators and remote clinicians. Administrators can utilize the query feature on the Talosix EDC platform to assign queries to remote clinicians when they need to inquire about specific information or request clarifications.
There are three main query statuses: Open, Approved, and Rejected
Open: This status indicates that the query is currently unresolved or pending review. When a query is raised, it is marked as "Open" until it is addressed or resolved by the administrators. Remote Clinicians can take necessary actions to respond to or resolve open queries.
Approved: The "Approved" status signifies that the query has been reviewed, addressed, and approved by the administrators. When a query is resolved and the response is deemed satisfactory, it is marked as "Approved."
Rejected: The "Rejected" status indicates that the query has been reviewed but not approved. If the response to a query is found to be unsatisfactory or does not meet the required standards, it is marked as "Rejected." Additional actions may be required to address and resolve the query.
To facilitate easier navigation and focus on specific query statuses, the Talosix DataFlow provides a filtering option.
- To access the query filter, select the filter icon.
- Upon selecting the filter, you can choose to filter the queries based on status, including Open, Approved, or Rejected.
- By applying the desired status filter, the app will display only the queries matching the selected status. This allows you to focus on relevant queries based on your current workflow and easily find the queries that require your attention.
