The app provides an offline mode that allows you to capture patient documents even when there is no network connectivity.

<ol><li>Open the Remote Clinician mobile app on your device.</li><li>Enter the username and password provided to you by your administrator.</li><li>If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, you will receive a code either via email or phone. Enter the code to proceed.</li></ol>
